Gold-plated brass central charms with mini royal blue zirconia stones (not very visible because the blue doesn't show up well in photos) surmount a light red/pink garnet glass cabochon, surrounded by mini white cubic zirconia stones.

The set surmounts three drop pearls in ecru white shell, synthetically pearlized with mini gold stainless steel cups.
